Giving out criticism isn't a good way to spend your time, nor should it be your way of life.

If you need to criticize, make sure it's to build up, to improve or to give new courage to someone. (or else you're just complaining or ranting)

And for you to be able to do that, you need to be a respectable model of what you're talking about. Yes, everyone is entitled to his own opinion, but many times the wisest thing to do is to keep it to yourself, and learn from the situation. (unless you're asked)

It's easy to point out a mistake. We are all good at that, but I would suggest, focus on the solution. Better yet, do something.

Besides, that's what you're there for.

PLAN THE WORK. WORK THE PLAN.















Your plan is only as good as your execution. 

The danger is for you to get stuck in planning when you should be really getting things done or keeping things moving. 

Planning the work is easy, but WORKING on the plan is really the challenging part. 

When you're stuck, don't just go back to more planning. Find a way to solve the real problem. Or at least get over the bottleneck. That's the only way you'll be able to move forward. 

Plan the work. Then WORK the plan.

TO SOLVE A RECURRING PROBLEM





To solve a recurring problem, you need to get to the root cause of the problem. 

Many times we look at the surface and forget to examine what's underneath it. 

You may not have enough money, not because of your income, but as a result of overspending.

You always get complaints from customers, not because of your service people, but because of your company's poorly designed policies.

You're easily bored, not because of your job position, but maybe you're not exploring enough or stretching your potential.

The obvious can be deceiving. When it's recurring, check deeper. 

Find the root cause of the problem. That's the only way you'll be able to solve it – permanently.
